Tweet: Liverpool fans are not happy with one of the club’s first summer signings

The Liverpool manager could be coming to the end of his time at Anfield, and if he is he may have just struck another dagger through the hearts of Reds fans tonight. It's been revealed that the club have retained the services of two defenders for at least another season,with contract extensions for both Andre Wisdom,who spent the season on loan at West Brom, and Kolo Toure,who spent the season stealing a living. It was widely thought that Toure would be let go this summer having made just 21 appearances this season. However he's been given a year extension while Wisdom has been signed up until 2019. Liverpool fans have reacted as you'd expect from a club that lost six of their last nine games of the season.
