Transfers: Paul Pogba moving back to the Premier League not ruled out just yet

Chelsea have not given up on signing Paul Pogba, but the Juventus star is unlikely to leave this summer.

After a dismal start to the Premier League campaign, the Blues are preparing to improve their bid for Pogba to £69m. According to The Sun, although the French midfielder would consider a move to Stamford Bridge, he would only be interested in leaving Juve next summer. Juventus have also had a disappointing start to their league campaign, losing their first two league matches for the first time in their history. However, their poor form is unlikely to encourage Pogba to get on a plane to London just yet. Chelsea will have to look towards other prospects if they hope to improve their squad this season. Reports in Italy suggest that Liverpool are close to paying the €20m buy-out clause to sign Andriy Yarmolenko from Dynamo Kiev. Arsenal, Everton, Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona are the other clubs interested in signing the 25-year-old, but it looks like Anfield may be a somewhat surprise destination for the Ukrainian winger. Yarmolenko's contract expires in summer 2016 which means would be able to discuss a free transfer to another club come January. One player who may be on the way out of Liverpool is Alberto Moreno. Italian outlet Tuttomercato claims that Rafa Benitez is eyeing up the left-back as a replacement for Fabio Coentrao at Real Madrid. Coentrao joined Monaco on loan last week, leaving Rafa Benitez short of options at the back. With Rodgers favouring Joe Gomez over Moreno of late, Madrid could be looking to swoop in and sign the Spaniard, who has yet to start a game for the reds this season. Finally, Manchester United's unwanted super sub Javier Hernandez is on his way to Bayer Leverkusen, so German website Kicker reports. With the Bundesliga transfer window drawing to a close, the site expects the transfer to be made official at some point Monday provided he passes a medical. The Daily Mail are claiming thwat Chicharito is set to sign a three-year deal with the Bundesliga outfit with a transfer fee expected to be in the region of around £12m.
