The Tottenham striker went from Europa League option to leading Premier League light, last season, and not even his recent appointment as vice captain can quell transfer speculation. Kane was left out of the Spurs squad that defeated AC Milan, last night. He did appear on the team bench, however, despite not being listed with the subs. Mauricio Pochettino could have been resting his leading goalscorer, but the match commentator had another theory. A 'huge bid' from Manchester United theory.
