Just a few days ago, reports in Argentina suggested Manchester City players Sergio Aguero and Toni Duggan were dating.

And while the internet was whipped up into a frenzy over Duguero, it appears that the speculation was just that. Replying to a friend on Twitter, Duggan poured cold water on the matter, commenting that it was 'crazy' that picture of the pair could have turned into such wild rumours. Hash-tag ridiculous indeed. https://twitter.com/toni_duggan/status/659771961476825088 As for Aguero, he had been hoping to return for Argentina's extremely early World Cup qualifiers against Colombia and Brazil but was left out of the national team squad. City boss Manuel Pellegrini offered an update on his club scorer earlier this week. "Sergio is improving from his injury, but he has some time more to be a 100%," said the Chilean.
