We love Tim Sherwood's nonsense as much as the next man but he may just have taken his lunacy to a whole new level.
The Aston Villa manager has, in all seriousness, called forward Christian Benteke the best striker in Europe.
Ignoring the likes of Luis Suarez, Carlos Tevez and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Sherwood is holding firm with his Belgian big man.
"I don't know if there's a better striker in Europe right now. He's the best," he said.
We can't say that Benteke isn't playing well because he has nabbed April's Player of the Month award after scoring seven in five Premier League games but we surely can't be putting him up there with the likes of Robert Lewandowski and Sergio Aguero, can we?
Tactics Tim has also ruled out any potential move for Benteke, believing that no club has the money to pry him away from Villa Park.
"Benteke is going nowhere in the summer, no one can afford him," he added.
"He's in great form. We're creating the chances for him and he's sticking them away."
It's a matter of opinion but we'd have Harry Kane in our team all day long over the temperamental Belgian.
