It was a night for the kids Anfield as Liverpool ran out 1-0 winners over Bournemouth.
Jurgen Klopp opted for a youthful looking line-up in the Capital One Cup game, either because he's a genius or because everyone else was injured. But blooding his young Red stars really did the trick as the German recorded his first win as manager. But they didn't just win, they did it with some panache. There was this ludicrously silky backheel shot from Joao Carlos Teixeira which Nathaniel Clyne followed up to put Liverpool ahead. But if that wasn't enough then Jordan Ibe produced the pass of the night with such nonchalance, nay contempt, for the opposition that we just had to share it.
