Film student Nathan Finlow had £2 on his club to win the title at the start of the season - back in the days when bookies were falling over themselves to give odds of 5000/1 to take your money.
But the 20-year-old decided to take the money and run after Leicester's draw with West Brom, according to the Sport Review.
To be fair to the lad he has a pretty good reason for wanting money in the bank rather than sweat it out to see if Leicester can go all the way.
"I was going to hold out but following the late equaliser against West Brom I thought I should just take the money and run," he said.
"I’m still hopeful we will win the league and we gave it everything against the Baggies, but we could just be unlucky along the way.
"I should really pay off some student debts but we’re guaranteed to be in Europe next season so I can’t turn down a once in a lifetime experience like that."
He took the money so he could follow his team in Europe.Football
