It has been undoubtedly the craziest season since the Premier League came into existence in 1992.
The only predictable events have been Steve McClaren's impending sacking at Newcastle and Arsenal's epic choke, other than that it has been bonkers.
Chelsea's early season implosion that saw Jose Mourinho canned, Manchester United's mid-season implosion that saw Mourinho rehired at Old Trafford (wait till the summer, so we're told), the importation of Jurgen Klopp's infectious humour, West Ham's charge for the Champions League, the prospect of a first Tottenham League title in over half a century and, of course, Leicester City's transformation from relegation fodder to table toppers.
It has been wonderful to watch and has taken many an Irish mind off an horrendous rugby season, which has seen no province qualify for the knock-out stages of the Champions Cup and Ireland's grip on the Six Nations title slip after three games without a win.
Ireland's most famous rugby son has been enjoying the football and after the crazy midweek action Brian O'Driscoll has seemingly changed his football allegiance.

Leicester City fans old and new welcomed their new convert.

However for some, O'Driscoll's defection made him the footballing equivalent of a glory-hunting "Lunster" fan,

Still, O'Driscoll is a long way short of Twitter's most famous Leicester fan, who we're going to see a lot more of next August if Claudio Ranieri's men manage to stave off the faltering challenges of Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester City.
