Tesco engage in hilarious Twitter exchange with parody Brendan Rodgers account

We all knew that the @DeludedBrendan Twitter account was a daily source of hilarity but who knew that @Tesco were banter machines themselves.
A few weeks ago, the parody account of the Liverpool boss wrote to Tesco asking for a great deal.
@DeludedBrendan Hmm, I'm not sure mate. Would you like me to check our stores in Southampton? - Mike

And with today's news that the Reds had secured the services of Nathaniel Clyne from Southampton, the online craic continued.
