Marc-Andre ter Stegen will snub Liverpool for move to Premier League neighbours

The Liverpool boss is looking to enjoy a full transfer window this from June, and is looking to improve almost every line of his team. So far he has made inroads with some key summer defensive and midfield signings, but Liverpool fans are desperate for a new goalkeeper to arrive at Melwood. The club have long been linked with Barcelona's Marc-Andre ter Stegen as a replacement for Simon Mignolet, but according to the Daily Telegraph, the club will be snubbed by the netminder for a richer club just up the road. The newspaper claims that the Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen will be one of the first summer signings for Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola in order to put pressure on current first choice goalkeeper, and England number one, Joe Hart. The 23-year-old is understood to have grown frustrated with life as Claudio Bravo's understudy at Camp Nou, and a deal for the netminder would cost City in the region of £20million. The transfer would leave Klopp looking elsewhere for a replacement for the error-prone Belgian, with his options narrowing as the summer approaches.
