This is very surprising. Either that or an error...

Fifa have revealed the heights and weights of each player going to the World Cup this summer and it makes for some startling reading. While confirming the 32 squads, Fifa have listed England forward Harry Kane as the joint-second heaviest player who will be in Russia for the tournament. Kane is listed as 188cm tall and 98 kgs by football's governing body, meaning that only Panama's Roman Torres (below) is heavier than the Spurs front man at 99 kgs. In fact, only three players weigh the same as Kane, according to the official data, and they are his namesake and  international compatriot Harry Maguire, Denmark's Jannik Vestergaard and Saudi Arabia goalkeeper Abdullah Almuaiouf. Not to give Kane a complex, but it was revealed earlier this year that Arsenal turned down the chance to sign Kane to a professional deal due to his weight, as former Gunners academy director Liam Brady explained. "Unfortunately yes. He was chubby and not very athletic, but we got it wrong," Brady told Corriere della Sera.

"Even Tottenham loaned him out to the lower leagues three or four times though.

"But with his determination, he is building a great career. And he deserves it."

To be fair, it's been almost universally agreed that some mistake must have been made as either Kane wanted to be thought of as being heftier than he actually is or some kind of typo took place. https://twitter.com/SimonClark8/status/1003647308943314944 https://twitter.com/FalseNineRole/status/1003675028402114560 https://twitter.com/SpaceMonkeysFPL/status/1003673997496598528 https://twitter.com/mmcarefree/status/1003656135344361473 https://twitter.com/mattgregoryuk/status/1003682994199154689 https://twitter.com/nicholasgodden/status/1003654668495523840 https://twitter.com/UtdRJ/status/1003650206142025728
