Steven Gerrard loves his city and will NOT stand for Liverpool being accused of lacking windows.
And it's fair enough.
Because that's a bloody stupid joke to make.
Gerrard was on punditry duty for BT Sport for Liverpool's FA Cup third round replay against Plymouth on Wednesday night when fellow panellist Neil Warnock tried to forcibly shoehorn some banter into the equation.
As Steve McManaman, the third analyst in studio, joked about being used to the cold due to the fact that he hailed from Merseyside, Cardiff City manager Warnock perked up.
"They don't have windows there, do they?" Warnock laughed in his Sheffield drawl.
The wisecrack was met with some polite laughter from McManaman and host Jake Humphreys but the same can't be said for Gerrard, who suffers no fools.
The legendary former Liverpool captain shot Warnock a glare as if to say: "What the fuck you on about mate?"

And supporters watching live for the Reds' 1-0 victory were left in no doubt about whose side of the argument they stood.
