We're currently dabbing our peepers, citing 'office dust' as the reason why we might appear to be crying because of who St Mirren supporters have nominated their player of the year.
Fan website BlackandWhitearmy.com opened the voting for their 13th annual player of the year competition recently and the winner is unarguably the most deserving.
Six-year-old academy player Aaron Woodall was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year and, after undergoing surgery, is currently receiving chemotherapy as he attempts to battle his illness.
Over 500 St Mirren fans registered their vote on the fan website and Aaron came away with the pick for club player of the year.
A statement on BlackandWhitearmy.com reads: "Aaron's strength & courage has been an inspiration to all of us, and a timely reminder of things around us that are much more important than football.
"We will be in touch with the club shortly to arrange to hand over our coveted trophy to this fine young man, who will also receive a framed St.Mirren shirt, signed by the League Cup winning team of 2013 as part of his award.
"Congratulations Aaron and all the very best with your continued recovery."
With St Mirren currently sat bottom of the SPL table and fans worrying about relegation, it's heartwarming to see that they have the things that really matter in mind.
