Thursday's Sun back page: "Exclusive - Keane flips" #tomorrowspaperstoday #bbcpapers pic.twitter.com/kYVPBTmKFm
— Nick Sutton (@suttonnick) December 17, 2014
According to the article, "The Irishman wanted answers from the on-loan Manchester United midfielder about reports that the training-ground row caused his departure.
"Keane waited impatiently outside for around 15 minutes but no one answered and he eventually stomped off."
CCTV footage exists of the former United captain pacing around outside Cleverley's house and we'd pay our entire salary for a quick glimpse at it.
Apparently, Keane wanted to know who was behind the talk that he had been involved in a heated row with players such as Gabby Agbonlahor at Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training ground.
The Sun reports that the 43-year-old is happy enough now that Cleverley's not to blame but, if we were Villa players, we'd be splashing out on some high-level security in the coming weeks.
