Phil Neville gets far too giddy after seeing Romelu Lukaku in a Manchester United jersey

At first glance, the picture looks genuine enough.

Romelu Lukaku is reportedly close to signing on with Manchester United in a deal worth £75m. The Belgian international is set to leave Everton this summer but United appear to have swooped in ahead of Chelsea in the race to secure his goal-scoring services. One man you'd expect to be in the know about the Everton to United transfer would be a man who has played and coached at both Everton and United - Phil 'Pip' Neville. The former United and Toffees defender [or midfielder whenever Arsenal came to Old Trafford] spotted this picture of Lukaku in the red of Manchester and looking fierce. That was enough for Neville, who wrote:
