Much like the majority of footballers, fans are creatures of habit.
For example, we all have our favourite pub to watch a match and the majority of us will refuse to make any social plans on a Saturday night because Match of the Day is on.
Ok, we're kidding. You can go out and enjoy your Saturday night, but we're certain that you've set MOTD to record!
Anyways, in the age of the Internet, scorelines are only seconds away but there are still some people that like to avoid knowing the day's results.
Maybe they've been in work? Maybe highlights are more interesting when you don't know the final result? Maybe the joy of winning a bet is sweeter by remaining blissfully ignorant of the final score?
Who knows and who cares? Enjoy watching football whatever way you like.
Regardless of the reason, there are plenty of people that appreciate the little warning that newscasters provide before they start reading out the football results on the news.
You know what we're talking about - the 'look away now' notification for those that don't know the results and want to watch Match of the Day.
Well, king of banter Richard Keys has taken umbrage with this little warning and expressed his views on Twitter.
