After recording just two wins out of six and scoring only four goals, Liverpool are really underperforming this season and Reds chiefs are reportedly looking at a managerial switch-up if things don't improve. Italian news outlet CalcioMercatoWeb report that former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has been tentatively approached by Liverpool as the Merseyside club checked on Ancelotti's availability should Brendan Rodgers fail to see out the season. Real Madrid CF v Liverpool FC - UEFA Champions League Ancelotti has been without a job since the summer when he left Real Madrid, claiming that he wanted to take a year out of management to take care of some health problems. But who's to say that the right offer couldn't tempt the Italian back to England where he won the league and cup double in 2009-10?
