Shay Given limped out of the Republic's famous 1-0 victory over Germany with a knee injury and Stoke manager Mark Hughes revealed on Saturday that the veteran stopper is unlikely to be fit for the pair of games which take place on Friday, November 13, and Monday, November 16.
