Premier League’s random fixture generator has randomly screwed Liverpool

Thousands dispute it but the Premier League insist all of their Premier League fixtures are fairly, and randomly, selected. Sure, a programme may instruct the fixture generator not to put, say, West Brom on the road for two months straight but the process is supposed to be equitable enough. Tell that to Liverpool fans, however. Jurgen Klopp's men have been give a teak tough start to 2016/17. They travel away to Arsenal for their opening fixture before newly-promoted Burnley provide light relief, at Anfield. What follows should define Liverpool's league campaign. They travel to London to play Tottenham on August 27.
