Supporters let the referee know before he proceeded to take the players off the pitch
Play was suspended during Watford's Premier League fixture against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday due to a medical emergency in the crowd.
The score was 0-0 at the time at Vicarage Road, with Antonio Conte's side in control of the game, however with four minutes to go, referee Rob Jones was alerted by supporters in the stands of the medical issue.
