Piers Morgan has said that Arsenal should “break the bank” to sign Victor Osimhen after they complete a deal to bring Declan Rice to the Emirates Stadium. Reports suggest that a deal is nearing completion after West Ham agreed a £105m deal with the Gunners for the England international, who will undergo a medical imminently. Arsenal have already signed Kai Havertz and are in contention to bring Jurrien Timber in from Ajax but Morgan feels that Osimhen would be the final piece of the puzzle to mount another title challenge. Romeo Lavia is also another option for the Gunners, but they may be put off by Southampton’s £50m valuation despite their relegation to the Championship.
