Well there was a lot less milk and a lot more blood when he was on the receiving end of this all-in tackle from Raul Jimenez.
Jimenez seems to get the slightest touch on the ball but coming over the top with his studs like that should have earned the Mexican a booking at least. He escaped without punishment.
And to be fair to Neymar, after being stretchered off the pitch for treatment, he returned to the game and saw out the game with this nasty looking gash and blood-stained sock.
