Proof that Alonso would look the part in any era
When the great man's birthday rolled around a few months ago, we catalogued 11 reasons why it was a truly great day for humanity. One of the reasons we cited was that he looks good in Lederhosen, something we thought that was simply not possible. Now we can add 'looks well dressed as a 19th century extra from a western' as yet another string to the former Liverpool and Real Madrid man's bow. Ana Ivanovic, and Bastian Schweinsteiger, held a fancy dress party over the weekend. Apparently it is an annual thing and the theme this year was 'Western'. The Spanish midfielder decided to go as what looks to us like a wealthy saloon owner and he does so in some style.
