That's certainly not the case with Manchester United's immensely lovable Juan Mata who is one of the good guys of the Premier League.
After being shipped off to Old Trafford by Chelsea, despite being voted the club's player of the year for two successive seasons, you would have excused the Spaniard for holding a little bitterness towards the Blues.
But there wasn't even the hint of a grudge as his United side fell 1-0 to league leaders Chelsea in today's late kick-off.
Mata made a point of hanging around on the touchline at full-time to offer a friendly hug to each and every opposition player.
What a guy!
