Pic: First look at the official new Liverpool kit made by New Balance

The wait is over.

Liverpool have officially unveiled their new kit, their first manufactured by New Balance, after the American sportswear company re-branded their subsidiary Warrior, and it's, wait for it... red. The new strip was unveiled by Liverpool players today at Anfield, with over 200 fans in attendance for the excruciatingly dull event, where Robbie Fowler and Ian Rush took part in a Q&A and fans were encouraged to sing 'You'll never walk alone'. The last Liverpool kit was launched with the tag line, #WeComeNotToPlay, but this year it's #HoldNothingBack. So, Liverpool no longer come to play, but they're back and will now hold nothing back. That's a relief.
