Liverpool legend* Fabio Aurelio is dying for a game of football tomorrow.
The left-back who made 87 appearances for the Reds between 2006 and 2012 has tried to negotiate himself into a starting place in the charity match between Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher.
After Raul Meireles and Dirk Kuyt withdrew from the game due to injury, the Brazilian took the initiative to ask to replace one of them via Instagram.
It almost beggars belief that this is Aurelio's real Instagram account but we've done the research (clicking on his profile) and it's genuinely him.
You have to admire the effort.
*Not actually a Liverpool legend.
