Trying to stay up in the Premier League is a battle.

And if you want to beat the dreaded drop then you better be in prime physical condition to secure as many points as possible. So at least new Aston Villa manager Remi Garde can count on Adama Traore being in top physical shape for the the next few months. The club are facing Manchester City on Sunday and we're saying it  now but Jesus Navas and David Silva better watch out if the former Barcelona man comes next  near them after Carles Gil Instagrammed this pic of his colleague this afternoon.
