Peter Crouch and Gary Neville believe that Premier League games should not have been postponed

All Premier League games scheduled for this weekend have been postponed in a mark of respect to Queen Elizabeth II. Other sports such as cricket and rugby have made the decision to play out their games, and tribute the Queen with the English national anthem beforehand. Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville echoed this opinion on social media, in his response to a tweet sent out by Piers Morgan. The TV presenter tweeted that: "Sporting events should go ahead. Regardless, the games are officially off, and with the state funeral still to take place, there is a chance that they might be off again next weekend as well.
