Of course he is still in charge, but this week it seems that the man behind the throat-warmers may have gotten a jump on his rivals as Jose Mourinho looks all but certain to pitch up at Old Trafford next season. Still, a bit presumptuous considering van Gaal hasn't been sacked, and Manchester United have not responded to any rumours yet.
