From the SSE Airtricity League to the Championship.
Limerick City FC defender Paudie O'Connor is on the way to Yorkshire. The 19-year-old has made the switch from the Munster club to Leeds United, signing on a two-and-a-half year deal.
O'Connor has been with Limerick for the last three years. After togging out for their u-19 side, he graduated to the first team squad ahead of the 2014 campaign, but didn't make a single appearance during the season.
He made his league debut in 2015, before going on to have a breakthrough season. He played a pivotal role in Limerick's First Division triumph in 2016 that saw them promoted back to the Premier League.
