Barcelona saw off Real Madrid to stretch their lead to four at the top of La Liga and here is our blunt analysis of each of the players.

Madrid looked well on top in the first period but a Jeremy Mathieu goal had the hosts ahead before Ronaldo's equaliser. As it was though, it was the deadly Luis Suarez who had the decisive say as Barca ran out 2-1 winners.
