Ole Gunnar Solskjaer comes across as a very nice guy.
Solskjaer's demeanour with fans and the media is in stark contrast to his predecessor at Manchester United and his popularity among supporters comes as no surprise.
And the Norwegian cannot be accused of playing up his niceness for the cameras because, apparently, he's just as sound behind the scenes.
Sky Sports cameras missed Solskjaer's classy gesture before United's defeat to Wolves on Tuesday night but one of the media relations executives at Molinieux has revealed what a decent man Solskjaer is.
According to Jack Walker, the United boss took the time to speak to the mascots ahead of the Premier League game and signed autographs for each and every youngster.

While it's hard to imagine Solskjaer showing a mean streak, Red Devils defender Chris Smalling has revealed that the 46-year-old has what it takes to get stern with his players when it calls for it.
"I think he has got that sort of nasty side," Smalling told MUTV.
"I think every manager has that, the so-called hairdryer treatment when things need a little turnaround.
"A manager has to have all different sides covered. He’s a joy to play under and he’s great."
