You'd be excused for believing that Ronald Koeman is ruling Everton with an iron fist.
Only this week we saw the Dutchman offer the sternest of ultimatums to the indecisive Ross Barkley - either sign a new contract in the next two weeks or find a new club.

In recent months we've also seen Koeman pick fights with Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill and hold nothing back in his assessment of Oumar Niasse, who has since been sent on loan to Hull.
You might call him a no-nonsense manager but, when his back is turned, there appears to be nothing but nonsense going on behind the scenes at Goodison Park.
Only a month has passed since Toffees youngster Tom Davies shouted "you're a paedophile!" at goalkeeper Joel Robles while teammate Kevin Mirallas showed off his best Scouse accent.

And it would appear that such high-jinks are commonplace in the Everton dressing room because we got another glimpse of what the players get up to behind closed doors courtesy of Romelu Lukaku's Instagram on Thursday.
The Belgian centre-forward posted a video to his stories this week of him rushing the Everton showers to confront Morgan Schneiderlin and Idrissa Gueye.
Lukaku interrupted the warm showers by attempting to throw cold water on both men, before he ordered Schneiderlin to dance in the tiniest pair of underwear that is surely permitted by law.

It's all in good fun, though, right?
