Liverpool supporters have for the most part already dampened their expectations of Divock Origi, but the latest word out of France will still likely send another chill down their spines.
The Belgian striker, who the club paid £10million for after last summer's World Cup, spent last season on loan at Lille in France but earned generally poor reviews for his performances, scoring just eight goals in 33 appearances.
Now, French sports daily l'Equipe have named Origi in their Worst Team of the Season after the 20-year-old averaged a rating of just 4.46 across the season, news that is sure to lighten boss Brendan Rodgers mood as he heads to Boston to convince owners FSG that he is still the man to lead the Reds next season.
