Morgan Schneiderlin only joined Everton from Manchester United a year ago but he is already on his way out. West Ham have reportedly offered Everton £20m for the midfielder.

Schneiderlin joined Manchester United for around £25m off the back of a successful eight year spell at Southampton but struggled to nail down a place in the United side. José Mourinho sold the midfielder to Everton in January 2017 for £22m, preferring to play Michael Carrick and Marouane Fellaini.
It seemed to be a transfer that suited everyone involved, but Schneiderlin has struggled to hit a run of form at Goodison Park. Time for another £20m move to a club of slightly lower stature, then.
Schneiderlin's imminent move to West Ham has gone down well with Everton fans, but not so much with West Ham fans.

Some fans are even willing to watch Cuco Martina at left-back all season if it means Schneiderlin leaves the club. Not that those two things are closely connected.

Despite pleading with club owners David Gold and David Sullivan to spend more money on players this January, West Ham fans don't seem thrilled by the prospect of Schneiderlin wearing claret and blue.

The holding midfielder would be West Ham's second signing of the winter after Euro 2016 champion João Mário joined on loan from Inter Milan last week. Although they don't seem keen on him either. Tough crowd.
