Five changes.

Martin O'Neill has chosen his final qualifying team (hopefully) and it is interesting if nothing else. Ireland take on Poland in Warsaw looking for a 2-2 draw or a win for automatic qualification. The manager welcomes back both James McClean and Glenn Whelan from suspension and Seamus Coleman from injury and he has deployed all three in the starting line-up in Warsaw. Darren Randolph comes in for Shay Given. Seamus Coleman comes in for Cyrus Christie. Glenn Whelan replaces Stephen Ward (Robbie Brady goes to left back). James McClean is in for Wes Hoolahan. Shane Long for Daryl Murphy. https://twitter.com/Corktod/status/653261394209542144 With no Wes Hoolahan, it looks like a more conventional 4-5-1 for the Republic in the form of the following: TEAM And Wes Hoolahan is on the bench. SUBS David Forde, Rob Elliot, Marc Wilson, Cyrus Christie, Paul McShane, Aiden McGeady, David Meyler, Darron Gibson, Wes Hoolahan, Robbie Keane, Daryl Murphy, David McGoldrick
