Louis van Gaal might look like a studious boss on the sideline with his notepad and pen but, actually, all he's doing is filling out a checklist for a wine order. And wine company, Farr Vintners, were the real winners as they got a free plug on the Saturday evening Premier League game and a shining endorsement from the Old Trafford boss himself.
