The football world rallied behind Luke Shaw on Tuesday evening when the United player suffered a horrific broken leg (video here) against PSV.
But, even whilst the England left back was rushed to hospital from the Champions League game, he managed to maintain a real touch of grace and class as he thanked both Southampton and the public for their well-wishes.
Firstly, Shaw sent a real humble thank you to his old club very early after he departed the stadium.

And he then sent his heartfelt thanks to everyone who were so quick to get behind him. Even managing to put a touch of resilience and determination in there that United fans will love.
