Luis Suarez blasts free-kick to fire Uruguay in front against Russia

Luis Suarez fired Uruguay into an early lead against Russia with a rasping free-kick at the Samara Arena in Samara.

Russia conceded a free-kick on the edge of the box and Suarez stepped up and fired the ball along the ground and into the back of the net. Russian goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev initially takes a step to his right before diving back to the left to no avail.
