Louis van Gaal hit Manchester city centre last night as he splashed out on a lavish Chinese meal at his favourite restaurant. He proclaimed, 'I can go to Mr Wings because when you win you can go. When you lose then the fans are saying "What is Mr Louis van Gaal doing? Losing and he goes to the best restaurant of Manchester".' The Dutchman treated himself to a slap-up meal at Wings restaurant and, while he was there, bumped into a couple of Manchester City's women's team players.

Van Gaal's United are sitting prettier in the league than they were in early March, thanks to a six-game winning streak.
