Where could they find a good striker lying around?

Think. Swansea City v Manchester United - Premier League Manchester United v Cambridge United - FA Cup Fourth Round Replay Stoke City v Manchester United - Premier League Manchester United v Cambridge United - FA Cup Fourth Round Replay But Louis van Gaal is unimpressed and he believes United are lagging behind in the title race because Chelsea and City have better forwards than them. He went one better when he suggested that the reds don't have a striker who can nick 20 goals a season for them when we're pretty sure they have three proven ones who could do that in their sleep and one of the brightest young talents in the league.

“It is true [that the title rivals have better forwards] because I cannot deny it – Robin van Persie cannot deny it, Falcao cannot deny it and Rooney is not playing there much anymore. We cannot deny that, at this moment, we don’t have a striker who scores 20 goals in the season.

“This does not tell anything about next year. They could be having an unlucky year and I have to decide, with my staff, if it is [an unlucky year] or other aspects.”

What a spoilt sod. He wants to try supporting Villa.
