Bayern are set to greet 55,000 of their supporters at the Allianz Arena, today, before posing for their 2015/16 team photo.
The latest on Schweinsteiger's whereabouts is that he was in London, last week, to cheer on his tennis-playing girlfriend Ana Ivanovic.
There was some speculation, once the Schweinsteiger news broke, that United would cool their interest in Southampton's Morgan Schneiderlin.
Not so, according to The Guardian. They believe United will press on with that deal but in a stronger negotiating position. The current stand-off sees United's £20m bid in the ether and the Saints holding out for £27m. A compromise - £24/25m - could be sealed before United head off on their pre-season tour.
One player that United boss Louis van Gaal did confirm the club was pursuing was Torino and Italy full-back Matteo Darmian.
