"This has been an extremely difficult decision to reach, but I feel now is the right time to move on. Andy O'Boyle, fitness coach for Liverpool U21s, will step up to first team duties until the end of the season. Klopp will then make a call on a permanent fitness coach over the summer. Klopp said:
"Ryland is a fantastic professional and a really good guy. Wherever he works next, they will be extremely fortunate to have someone of his capabilities. "We all respect his decision and thank him for the work he has done, not just since we arrived, but before that also."Morgans will stay on as fitness and conditioning coach for Wales up to and including Euro 2016.
