The German is set to line out his side without Christian Benteke and Roberto Firmino, while Danny Ings has been ruled out for the season due to a knee injury. It means that the club have just two strikers left for the match, with Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi the likely front partnership for the game. Sturridge has scored twice in his three outings this season, after missing almost the entirety of the last campaign through injury, while Origi has played just 17 minutes in the Premier League this season and has been mostly used in Europe. But the Borussia Dortmund manager is putting a positive spin on Thursday's news about Ings, and has backed the Belgian to make a big impact over the coming weeks.
