There's been a few new signings at Liverpool already this transfer window, most notably Sadio Mane, who appears to have slotted in nicely to life at his new club after his £34m move from Southampton.

With a matter of days remaining until the window closes, it now appears Jurgen Klopp is trying to tie up a deal to bring in another winger to Anfield, with Tony Barrett reporting that an £11m bid for Christian Pulisic had been tabled by the club. https://twitter.com/tonybarrettimes/status/769278281673740293 The American, still just 17, currently plays for Klopp's former club, Borussia Dortmund. As word began to spread of the £11m bid, not everyone was too pleased about it. And what better way to show your disapproval than to tweet the club's official Twitter account? https://twitter.com/themightyred420/status/769294050100994048 Initially, it seemed many Liverpool supporters were underwhelmed by the news. https://twitter.com/MagicManeLFC/status/769295138837454849 Many were quick to point that other areas were more of a priority, namely central midfield and left back - a position that Klopp started James Milner in in last weekend's defeat at Burnley. https://twitter.com/yashasvilv/status/769294933672992768 https://twitter.com/Spiderchoc/status/769295271662592002 https://twitter.com/F1ashPoint/status/769293866482733058 https://twitter.com/theonlyjoegee/status/769293786627334148 It wasn't all negative though. Some were just delighted to hear news of another potential arrival. https://twitter.com/Ed_Thornley96/status/769295611933913088 Liverpool face Tottenham this weekend in their third consecutive away fixture of the Premier League season. With redevelopment work set to be completed at Anfield in the coming days, Liverpool will finally play their first home fixture of the new campaign when they host champions Leicester on September 10.
