Liverpool face battle from European giants to make Italian midfielder key January signing

The Christmas lights haven;t officially gone up yet around here but the January sale bargains are being readied.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp publicly said he's happy with his squad, but it seems that the German is looking for re-enforcements to join Anfield in the new year. And this morning it's being reported that one of his key targets is also being courted by several other European clubs ahead of the transfer window re-opening in just over seven weeks time.
