The game will be played on September 25.
Turners Cross is set to host a match in honour of Liam Miller, who sadly passed away in February after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. The game will see a team of Manchester United legends and play against a side containing Republic of Ireland and Celtic legends.
Roy Keane will captain the United team which contains several former teammates of Miller. Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Denis Irwin, Rio Ferdinand, Nicky Butt, Ronny Johnsen, Louis Saha, Jaap Stam and David May are set to line out for the United legends side.
On the Ireland/Celtic legends side, players such as Robbie Keane, Richard Dunne, Damien Duff, Kevin Doyle, Keith Andrews, Kevin Kilbane, Stephen McPhail, Colin Healy, Andy Reid and Kenny Cunningham are set to feature. Martin O'Neill will manage the Ireland/Celtic team.
Miller played for Celtic, Ireland and United during his career, which also saw him feature for Cork City and Leeds United. He was just 36 when he lost his fight with pancreatic cancer. The former midfielder is survived by his wife Clare and his three children Kory, Leo and Belle. The game in September will raise funds for Miller's family and Marymount Hospice
