Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro got the royal heave-ho, on Tuesday, from pitchside and matchday duties with the club after having the temerity to rush onto the field of play to treat a limping Eden Hazard. There was a general outcry against Chelsea and Jose Mourinho, their boss, after he castigated Carneiro for doing her job with too much vim.
