Leicester, Chelsea, Millwall, Wycombe and a weird coincidence 15 years in the making

There has been much love for this season's surprise packages Leicester City, who are leading the Premier League as we approach the halfway mark. It has happened before. The Foxes were top back in October 2000, until Peter Taylor's side were beaten 3-0 at home by eventual champions Manchester United. Leicester lost top spot when they drew 1-1 at home to United nine days ago, but regained it thanks to a 3-0 win at Swansea, which followed Manchester City's defeat away to Stoke.
