If you cast your mind way back to the end of the Champions League group stage you may remember Lazar Markovic getting sent off after wafting a hand in the direction of Basel's Behrang Safari during a game at Anfield.
Safari went down and Markovic was shown a very soft red card.
Now, many months later, Uefa have confirmed that the Serbian will be banned for four games, meaning he is out of Liverpool's Europa League campaign for at least two rounds.
The ban seems excessive and the player seems to agree.
